Registration fee by Quick pay&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:sinoprofessional@gmail.com\">sinoprofessional@gmail.com<\/a>&nbsp;or\ncash or check (Payto SPA)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Registration deadline<\/strong>: October 6, 2025, subject to\nreceipt of the registration fee. If registration is full, registration will end\nearly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Organizer<\/strong>: Sino Professionals Club\n&nbsp;(www.sinoprofessionals.org )<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tournament Rules:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.\u00a0Divisions: The tournament is divided into Division A (advanced), Division B (intermediate), Division C (Beginning) according to the overall level of the participating teams. Each team is composed of 3-4 players, regardless of age or gender. Each team can have only one player with USATT rating more than 2200, and the total rating of the top three athletes shall not exceed 6300 (Division A)\/5500 (Division B)\/4800 (Division C).  Division C player\u2019s rating should not exceed 1700. <a>Rating cut-off date 9\/10\/2025. Seeding cut-off date 10\/10\/2025. <\/a>Those who do not have USATT rating will be assigned a rating by the tournament committee according to their actual level. A player can only sign up for one team. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.&nbsp;<strong>Schedule<\/strong>: The team match is 4 singles and 1\ndoubles match: single, single, double, single, single. The team wins three sets\nwins. Each person is limited to two singles or one single and double. Player\nrosters cannot be changed after the registration deadline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The proposed limit is 6 teams in Division A, 12 teams in\nDivision B, 8 teams in Division C. The first round is a round robin (RR), and\nthe rest are single elimination (SE) till the first, second and third places\nare determined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The match sequence is first two sets of singles, then one\nset of doubles, and finally two sets of singles. It is best of five games.\nAfter drawing lots to determine the home and guest teams before the game, the\nhome team decides ABC, and the guest team decides XYZ, which cannot be changed.\nAccording to the regulations of the ITTF, the third player must play doubles,\nmatch order: the first match A vs X, the second match B vs Y, the third match\nA+C vs X+Z, the fourth match B vs Z, the fifth match C vs Y.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.&nbsp;<strong>Award<\/strong>: the top three teams in Division A will\nbe awarded prizes (the first, second and third team will receive $300, $240 and\n$210 respectively) and 3 trophies each team; the top three teams in Division B\nwill be awarded prizes (the first, second and third teams will each receive $210,\n$180 and $150) and 3 trophies each team; the top three teams in Division C will\nbe awarded prizes (the first, second and third teams will each receive $120, $90\nand $60) and 3 &nbsp;trophies each team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Note: due to the time constraints and if the venue permits,\nthe organizing committee has the right to require two teams to play two matches\nat the same time. Violations during the matches, such as serving and tossing\nthe ball not high enough, if the player does not correct it after two warnings,\nthe opponent has the right to ask an umpire for the match if available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.&nbsp;<strong>Tournament<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>ball<\/strong>: Nittaku 3 star\npremium 40+&nbsp; white ball<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. This tournament is not USATT sanctioned and will not\naffect USATT ratings. The organizing committee has the right to interpret the\ntournament rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. Each team must designate a captain. The captain is\nresponsible for registration, payment, filling out the waiver form, passing on\nthe tournament information etc. The team captain must provide email address and\nmobile phone number. The team registration and waiver form are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/DjAmTR7NMyV4QffK9\">Registration\nand Waiver Form Link<\/a>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.&nbsp;<strong>Refund<\/strong>: Registration fees will be refunded\n100% before the registration deadline. Registration fees will NOT be refunded\nafter the registration deadline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8. Liability Waiver: Players accept full responsibility for\nparticipation and relieve Sino Professional Club staff, umpires and practice\npartners of any liability resulting from injury or damage to the property.
