比赛规则：根据选手水平及自愿报名的方式分成公开组和少年组。公开组分成A (高级) ，B (中级组)，和C (初级组) 三组进行比赛。少年组为D组。参赛资格：公开组不限，少年组14岁以下（2003年12月9日以后）。比赛采用乒乓球国际比赛规则。小组赛循环制，五局三胜。小组赛后是淘汰制五局三胜，八强以后是七局四胜
奖励办法：A组发奖金（前4名奖金分别为$800, $400和 $200/$200）和4个优胜奖杯；
B组发奖金（前3名奖金分别为$100, $60 和 $40）和3个优胜奖杯；
C组发奖金（前3名奖金分别为$50, $30 和 $20）和3个优胜奖杯；
(少年) D组发奖金（前3名奖金分别为$50, $30 和 $20）和3个优胜奖杯；
报名费：每人15美元 (包括午餐和饮料)。
报名时间：即日起至12月6日晚7点截止。

Events: Open and junior groups are enrolled according to their choice and competitive level. The open group will proceed with groups A (champion group), B (intermediate group), C (challenger group), and D (junior). The grouping will be based on the total number of attendees and competitive level such as USTTA rating. For junior Group D, only ages of 14 and under (born after Dec 9th 2003) are eligible.
Rules: ITTF rules are taken for the tournament. Games play best of 5 before quarter-finals and best of 7 thereafter.
Awards: Group A, Cash prize to the first four places ($800, $400, and $200/$200) and trophies；
Group B, Cash prize to the first three places ($100, $60, and $40) and trophies;
Group C, Cash prize to the first three places ($50, $30, and $20) and trophies;
Junior Group D, Cash prize to the first three places ($50, $30, and $20) and trophies;
Fee: $15 per person (with free lunch).
